Terms
How the plans are billed.
These are the commercial terms published with Triphammer pricing. Your final setup and monthly price is quoted in writing after a free 15-minute call.
Month-to-month
Plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Cancel with 30 days' notice by email or phone, and service ends at the end of that billing period.
Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once your build is delivered.
Overage
Extra receptionist minutes are billed at your plan's rate on the next invoice: $0.35 on Starter, $0.30 on Pro, and $0.25 on Premium. You'll get a heads-up when you hit 80% of your included minutes.
Annual prepay
If you prepay for a year, you get 1 month free: pay for 11 months instead of 12.
