Receptionist: Lovely. Have you been in for color with us before?
Caller: Yes, about four months ago.
Receptionist: Wonderful. Are you keeping the same look, or going a little warmer for fall?
Caller: A little warmer, I think. Maybe some caramel tones.
Receptionist: Great, so no patch test needed. Nicole has Saturday at 10 AM, or next Tuesday at 4. A balayage takes about three hours.
Caller: Saturday at 10, please. It's Megan Doyle.
Receptionist: You're booked, Megan, for a balayage with Nicole, Saturday at 10. I'll email your confirmation, and please arrive with dry hair.
